Stamps and Smiles - Altered Picture Frame

Hello SAS friends!! We have a fun project sample to show you using this week's project challenge over at Project Tuesday. This week our March hostess, Cindy Burgess, has challenged us to create these altered picture frames. Everyone is invited to play along, feel free to use your favorite stamps and supplies.

Stamps and Smiles Easter Digi Release - Winner's
